Marathon
Following the same route as the half marathon for the first 14 km, we diverge towards Santa Inés via trails until reaching El Pla, where there will be almost 3 km where you can run as much as your strength allows. Then, we ascend another small elevation with a somewhat technical climb, followed by 1.5 km of trails with some technical difficulty leading to the beautiful area of Es Broll.
To return, there is a runnable section back to Santa Inés where a steep section awaits. Here, you should have saved some strength to overcome it, but the summit will reward you with one of the most beautiful views of the course. We then head back towards El Pla and around km 34, we will reach the return path to Sant Antoni, which is shared with the half marathon.
The return will feature technical sections, but without much elevation gain. We recommend pacing yourself to fully enjoy the beauty offered by this final stretch towards the finish line!

Half
Starting like the other distances from the promenade and surpassing the first incline of Sa Talaia in Sant Antoni, we venture into the municipality’s interior. There are 2 sectors with moderately high inclines, and by kilometer 10.5 (first refreshment station), we will have ascended nearly 600 meters in elevation gain.
We continue on trails of medium technical difficulty, steadily gaining elevation until around kilometer 15. From this point, where the second refreshment station is located, we head back towards the finish line along the coastal area, enjoying incredibly beautiful views of the Sant Antoni coast… passing by some of the island’s most stunning coves. Around kilometer 21, there will be the final refreshment station before reaching the finish line again on the promenade of Sant Antoni.
This year, the half marathon promises to be EPIC!

The course and distance are designed for enjoyment, ideal for those who don’t want to “suffer too much” or for beginners in mountain trail running. It unfolds near the urban core with a significant elevation gain in its first kilometers, followed by a second part offering unparalleled views of the coast of Sant Antoni de Portmany.
